Please bring your treasures to the Guild Hall beginning July 10. (Please no large pieces of furniture, large appliances, or clothing).

Your assistance would be appreciated in the following ways:

1) Please sign up to help us price, sort, set up, take down, prepare lunch, bake and bag, or sell on the sheet posted in the Parish Hall.
2) Please donate bags—paper, plastic, large shopping, and bubble wrap
3) Home-baked items like muffins, breakfast breads, cookies, brownies, sell beautifully all day long.
4) Think about providing lunch supplies or helping in the kitchen.
5) Volunteer to be: lunch cashier, baked items assistant

On July 16, at 8:00 a.m. the doors to the Parish Hall open for shoppers. In addition to the bargains, finger food, funnel cakes and beverages will be available. Shortly before noon a snack bar will be available for more substantial fare.
